Hi, I'm Joel! 👋

I’m an Entrepreneur, teacher, privacy & AI leader, husband, and father of 6. I have a pretty unique perspective because I’ve worked with AI and businesses at all levels:

    • Privacy Program Manager at Hyland Software, the $1B+ global content services provider
    • Consultant to SMB in the $1M – $10M range, helping founders integrate AI into their business strategy, operations, marketing, for themselves and their teams.
    • Founder of Strategrow, where I use AI across every function of my business – content, automation, strategy, and product – to build a business from the ground up.
